The CMTBC is a voluntary council of longstanding construction craft unions comprised of the following Constituent Unions:
– Millwrights’ Machine Erectors & Maintenance Union Local 2736
– International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Iron Workers Local Union No. 97
– United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing & Pipefitting Industry of the United States and Canada, Local 170
– International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craft Workers, Local No. 2;
